This HydroCat has always been  in fresh water since new. 8-9 months a year she was in a building on the hard. She can reach speeds approaching 40 mph with a smooth, dry, cat ride. The twin Volvo Penta KAD32's give boat 600 mile plus  range. Volvo duo prop drives add speed and make handling a dream.

It never pounds unless you get it airborne (and then only occasionally). Very stable, well built, and does well in all types of seas. It won't stuff the bow either. I have never seen a boat that is 100% dry, but this one comes pretty close unless you have heavy seas and a cross wind. Fish boxes hold ice very well".
